The most famous and biggest park in the north of the country. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this is the place to go if you want to explore the Kingdom of the Lion King. It covers close to 15 000 square kilometers. About four million animals are living around the plains of this park. The Serengeti is the best-know for the fabulous spectacle of the great migration that took place every year between end of July and beginning of October. Witness million of wildebeest, zebras and Thomson’s gazelles while crossing the Mara river and trying to survive predators like crocodile and lions who are waiting for them!
